The sessions to confirm Justice Sotomayor start tomorrow. Sen Boxer said she hopes republicans will judge her fairly and not focus on her gender. This is stupid. She is playing the gender card before anyone has said anything. This same tactic was used during the pres campaign where Obama and others kept pointing out that the right would attack his race even though none did. Sheeesh!
