Sometimes life imitates art. Or at least The Simpsons. Homer is driving with the family. He ignores signs and almost crashes. "Let the be a lesson to you not to ignore signs" he reprimands Marge. "But Dad", Lisa says, "You were the one driving". "And let us never speak of this again"
I can't help drawing a parallel with the statements the President made this week involving the Proffesor Gates incident.
Just a thought...
