September 2011. So much is going on. The problem with me, is, that I'm in my car and think of all these profound things to write about. but when I get home I forget all about it. So, I'm just going to ramble here because no one reads this anyway. Family. I'm so proud of my family. I love that Laurie is continuing in her studies while working so hard at the hospitals. Alex has grown into a fine man. Going to Texas A&M for Agricultural Landscaping while having started a business of his own up here in North Dakota. I'm hoping the President is gone before Alex starts making too much money and is expected to pay his "fair share". Eliza has married a fine guy and has given us not one, but two grandchildren. Jeremiah, 1 and new arrival, Kalliope. 9/11 is coming, but I can't afford to take time off of work to go to the service in Bismarck this year. Finally got some steady work. Working at Summers MFG in Devils Lake. They make farm equipment like seeders and discs and such. The down side is that everything is naturally dirtier than LM was. Also, everything I work with is heavy iron so I'm getting a good workout everyday. Also it's very noisy there so I wear earplugs. The great things about it is that there doesn't seem to be any drama. The bosses expect work to get done, but don't push you all the time so it's more easy going. Yeah, the stuff is heavier than the fiberglass, but no itch, so I don't have to wear a tyvek suit all the time. Elections are coming, so maybe we can win back the senate and WH and turn this economy around. The Commander is playing brinksmanship with Iran and Israel. I can't believe he's got Muslim extremists going to the DNC. The RNC was a breath of fresh air. I like the candidates and love the new rising stars like Gov. Martinez of NM and Mia Love. Today is National Empty Chair Day. What a hoot. Conservative's answer to the attacks on Clint Eastwood after his adlib speech at the RNC. What I find funny is that just about all my friends from growing up are now conservatives except poor Mr. Mark whom I never get to talk to, and all my family (McGlone) is liberal. It is what it is.... Nasty day today. Windy, raining. last day of a 4 day weekend. Well, that's all I got. These are my opinions and if you don't agree, I don't care. Go drink some more Kool-Aid. Moving on, moving on.
